I wasn't even sure how bad I was feeling until after Amy worked on me, then the wonderful feeling of being able to lift my arm and just moving around with ease made me aware that I was in really in bad shape.  Sometimes we live with pain not knowing relief but then we find someone that can help and Amy is that person.  Amy has a way of making you feel comfortable and pin pointing the direct spots that need the most attention.  Not only is she an unbelievable Therapist but she is also a wonderful spirit that has also brought relief to my soul.  You will not be disappointed.  Amy is amazing!!!

Amy has the hands of an angel! She knew exactly how to relieve my sore tense muscles. I've been so stressed lately and honestly, I almost fell asleep several times because I was so relaxed! I was able to book my appointment through yelp, which she was quick at responding, but she says you are also able to text her phone number listed to make an appt so it's a very simple process. Amy is fantastic! She is accommodating in scheduling and provides a comfortable massage environment. Her touch is amazing, very soothing and she seems to find all my problem areas without having to tell her. I love to explore when I am on business travel and finding a great massage therapist is always on my list.  I found Amy on Yelp thanks to other reviews and I am pleased to report she lived up to the reviews.  I like to arrive at my massage point out what is stiff and not have to think about anything from there  Amy took charge and turned my body from stiff and out of alignment into a mobile machine again.  She used a mixture of techniques including some stretching that really put me back in shape.  I tend to lean forward when I am stressed and my muscles are tight.  Amy noticed that and mentioned it in our pre-massage chat and worked to fix that.  Her studio is clean and nicely decorated.  It is located in an building of office suites that was easy to find and with good parking.  The entrance is on the corner of the building and looks like it is for Allstate, but it is for the entire building.  If it is your first visit you may ask her to meet you to help find her spot.  Her prices are very reasonable and she can take credit cards.  She also sends you off with a bottle of water and a sweet treat.  It was such a wonderful experience. I plan to schedule another appointment when I am there again.

Not only did she explain everything she was doing, she explained it to my curious baby  then those hands got to work!!
